Orchid ~ My Very First Digi! ~ MMSC14

This week in addition to having Simon Says Stamp as our sponsor for August, we also have http://mcmahonfivedesign.com/sponsoring this week's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. The image I've used this week for my card is the "Orchid Digi" from McMahon Five Design's online store. I'm a newbie to digi stamps and I really enjoyed working with this image. I printed is several times and layered it for a dimensional look. After watercoloring it I added a touch of glitter and glossy accents for shine. If you haven't checked out their wonderful selection of digis and wood papers, I urge you to go take a look
Don't forget that we are looking for the next Guest Designing Diva for the month of September. Be sure to leave a comment on the Midnight Madness Blog if you're interested in being our guest. :) Have a great day!

Your work, oh wowie, the colours, the shimmies, the glosses, the irridescent glow showing in all of your projects!! That brilliant desert sun (I'm assuming about the sunlight here...) casting the perfect light on all of your lovely work, wow!! WOW!!!

One of my goals in life is to see the sun set and rise over the mountains in New Mexico, have driven through on many road trips and always miss dawn and dusk :( One day...

Take Care,
Stephanne

Doh, and thank you for the warm welcome on behalf of MMSC on my blog.
