Some Pictures from CHA

The biggest thrill for me about going to CHA was getting to share the experience with friends I've met through sharing our creativity on these blogs. It was so fantastic to meet Priscilla in person for the first time! Sue, Denise and I shared a hotel room which was a lot of fun. It was also so nice to meet Lorelie and Milu, as well as Laura from Layers of Color. Who would ever have thought a passion for paper could bring so many of us together from all over the country! So much nonstop talking and laughter! I loved it! Let's do that again!!!
Our hotel was right across the street from the Convention Center and the weather was perfect for walking. That was SO nice because it was snowing as we flew out of Albuquerque on Saturday morning. :)
Here is Denise looking over Tim's shoulder, soaking up his creative mojo. :)
One of my favorite samples from the Tim Holtz booth. I love all the textures in this one.
Update: I just found out that Irene made this layout and having just browsed her blog, I want to be sure everyone else gets a chance to see more or her GORGEOUS art! I'm definitely a fan Irene! :) Thanks for the inspiration!

We had to take a quick drive over to Huntington Beach ~ My favorite place to be with my hubby on the weekends before we had our children. Once the babies started coming, we needed to be close to our family, so we moved back to Albuquerque. Oh how I miss the ocean! :)
