Hi everyone! I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas. We had a very enjoyable time with TONS of extended family, as we do every year. :) Today I am sharing my
Biscochitos that I finally had a chance to bake today. I posted the recipe for these a couple weeks ago, but hadn't had a chance to make any until now. They are a traditional MUST here in New Mexico for the Christmas Season. And guess what our wonderful neighbor brought over on Christmas Eve?! A HUGE plate, over flowing with Tamales! These are SO tasty! I'm eating these two right now as I write this post.
Mmmm.... SO Yummy!

I've been enjoying so many tasty treats lately that I'm going to have to make friends with my elliptical machine again very soon! :) But for now, I'm off to sample some
Biscochitos! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
