Holly the Christmas Friendship Fairy ~ MMSC27

Welcome! It's that time again! Week 27 of the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenges of course! Our weekly sponsor is once again, the very talented Michelle Perkett. I've used one of her new Christmas digi images for my card this week. Well, no.. it's a wall or table plaque. You'll be seeing a lot of these from me in the coming weeks since I'm working to fill my table at the local craft show with items other than cards. I really enjoy making them because they have the feel of a card, yet can be displayed in a more permanent way if the recipient so chooses. This particular one will be a Christmas gift. Even though this is a Christmas image, I was really drawn to use pinks and yellows for it. I love it so much that it needs to go to a good home where I can still visit it! LOL! Thank you for sharing your lovely artwork with us Michelle Perkett. :)

Michelle, this is such a lovely card. Your details are beautifully done. I didn't realize it wasn't a card either. Great take on the sketch challenge! I especially love your scrolled corners embellishments. Good luck at the craft bazaar. It is a long time since I have done one of those.
