Sweet Little Mermaid ~ MMSC15

First, a great big thank you to Simon Says Stamp for being a sponsor of the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenges this month and to Sunshine Stamps for being our weekly sponsor of this week's sketch. Be sure to check out their fun stores by clicking their logos on my left sidebar when you get a moment.
When I was at CHA a couple of weeks ago, I picked up this really cute stamp set from the "My Favorite Things" booth. She's a little paper-doll set that can be dressed up in different outfits. Of course, knowing me, I had to dress her as a mermaid. :)
The little fish and seashells came from a SU set I've had for several years.
Take a close look at this die~cut frame and die~cut corners.... They are made using the wood paper from McMahon Five Designs online store. Isn't it amazing how well this wood paper works with die-cuts?! It's really wood that can be worked with like paper. I love it! I've used a lot of texture, metallic paints and glitter. The fish and seashells are embossed with copper embossing powder. Be sure to check out all the fantastic DT Samples over at the Midnight Madness Blog and leave a comment if you're interested in being considered for the Guest Designer spot for September too.

Has there been any news about Priscilla's daughter? I have looked on the website to see if she posted something and don't see anything.
Thanks

Michelle, IMHO the best way to view this card is to click on it to get up and personal with it. Then you can see all the wonderful tedious details you put into this enthralling piece of artistry. The shells are exquisite, the fish are superb. Your frame and corner accents are striking. The embossed background is stylish. Job well done!!! tfs

P.S. thanks for the message, I appreciated it.
