Reaching to the Heavens ~ MMSC12

Hello All! And Happy Tuesday to you. I hope you are all having a wonderful summer so far. Mine is flying by WAY too fast! Well, it's time for another Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. So get ready for some more fun! We'll be announcing who will be our first "Midnight Madness Guest Designer Diva" this week, so be sure to check out the Midnight Madness Blog!

This is my first attempt at distressing the edges of my card stock. I've really been drawn to many artists lately that use this technique. I can see it's going to take some practice. :)
Here is a closer picture to show how nice the Moon Shadow Mist in Pirate's Plunder Gold by Lindy's Stamp Gang looks. This is just awesome stuff! It really adds a subtle bit of sparkle.... I love sparkle! ...and glitter and all things shiny! LOL! Thanks so much to Lindy's Stamp Gang for being our sponsor this month!
I stamped these flourishes and embossed them in gold and also spritzed the inside with Lindy's Stamp Gang Moon Shadow Mist once again.
Supplies: Bazzill Bling, Old World Stack & My Minds Eye dp, Moon Shadow Misy by Lindy's Stamp Gang, SU corner rounder punch, Metal brad, watercolor and pearlescent paints, glitter, Cuttlebug embossing folders, SU gold embossing powder, ribbon, silk flowers and machine stitching.
