Key to My Heart ~ MMSC9

Welcome to week #9 of the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. I've been experimenting with vintage images once again. I wanted to take the time to introduce you to our sponsor for the month of July ~ Lindy's Stamp Gang. I've used several of their products for this card. It's my first time using them, and I'm really happy with the results! The large key is one of their "Fabulous Filagrees" which I embossed using their "Moon Glow" embossing powder in "Midnight Copper". The background paper has been textured and then spritzed with their "Moon Shadow Mist" in "Pirate's Plunder Gold". I just love the look these products gave to my card! I think they helped with the vintage flair I was striving for.
In these pictures I'm also showing off my new "Box~Style" envelope I was able to make using Priscilla's Envelope Template Kit. This was money well spent. I've used another tool in the past and found making my own envelopes to be a pain in the neck, so would hardly ever make them. But with this kit of Priscilla's it was very easy to do! If you are interested in checking out her post about these envelopes, you will be SO amazed! Be sure to look at all of her samples too. I promise, you WILL be inspired!!!
Thank you once again to Lindy's Stamp Gang for sponsoring the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge this month. We are very appreciative!
Now, it's your turn to play! Be sure to show us your creations to be entered into the month~end drawing for some really FUN prizes and an opportunity to be selected as a Guest Diva (or Dude) Designer for the month of August! :) Have a Great Day everyone!

Perfect vintage colors, and great techniques. Your card is so beautiful, and I love the envelope too. I think that Lindy's spritz looks fabulous on your card. I still have to try out some of that stuff. What a perfect job you've done on this sketch.
