Mojo Monday #85 & Flutter by Wednesday #56

Do you guys know what it means when I start a card and finish it in the same day? It means my dishes are dirty, laundry is piling up and the kids are still wondering what's for dinner! Ha! Ha! We are having a bit of a heat wave here today (in the 90's) so nobody is really hungry yet anyways. :) I started out planning to try making a card for Mojo Monday (to get some sketch challenge practice in for the new Midnight Madness DT), and then remembered it's also Flutter by Wednesday

So, I went looking to see what the challenge was and when I saw the most beautiful picture of a flower and butterfly... I was truly inspired! I just bought this gorgeous butterfly die~cut that I was dying to use and the SU stamp is one I received for my birthday over a year ago and figured it's time to ink it up too! Wow! That was really fun! Now, I'd better go put something together for dinner! :)

Supplies: Die~cuts by Nestabilies and QuickKutz, designer card stocks, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Martha Stewart border punch, ribbon, SU inks, glitter, and machine stitching.

WOW Michelle, it is very nice!! Oh no Denise, that card is fluttering over to my house.

I sure know about starting and finishing a card in one day - in my case: hungry cats, unmade beds, unopened mail and junk food. Yikes
